DELIVERY Due to the fact we keep our prices as low as possible we can only offer FREE local delivery within 5 miles from our Preston base. After this distance we charge a nominal fee. We use our own specialised furniture delivery team who will deliver to your home where they will be unpack your furniture for you to check, they will not remove or relocate any of your existing furniture. Most of our furniture (except wardrobes beds and dining tables) is solid and cannot be taken apart for access so please check dimensions carefully before ordering. We will endeavour to reply within 48hrs. 1) Once you place an order with us you will receive confirmation by email that you order has been received. We will then process your order and if everything is in order we will email you to say we accept your order and that there is a contract made between us. 1)In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, or a pricing error we will advise you and you will not receive a confirmation of order email and we will not have a contract. Once notified we will give you the option to purchase the item at the new or correct price. We will store your data securely and it will not be passed on to any third parties without your consent 3) we do not give a delivery time we only give the delivery day and we are not responsible for any delay in delivery beyond our control Please note that delivery charges and surcharges might apply to you order and these must be added before the payment transaction is completed. If there has been any damage to the goods in transit please contact us to make us aware immediately. Your goods will be left inside your premises. Delivery drivers will not carry items upstairs unless by prior arrangement and will do so at the customers own risk and discretion. Our delivery team will not move or take away any existing goods unless by prior arrangement. 4) You can cancel your contract with us at any time up to 7 days after delivery either in writing or by email giving a brief description as to why you wish to cancel. We will not accept cancelation by telephone. In the unlikely event that you cancel you must return the goods back to us wrapped securely still in the original packaging at your own cost. You must ensure that the goods are packaged in the same condition that they were in on arrival to your premises. The goods must be fully and clearly labelled with our address. If you fail to to return the goods back to us we will collect them and will charge you the cost of collection and return. If you have failed to take care of the goods before they are returned and this results in damage or deterioration of our product then we will charge you for this an amount which reflects the damage. If the item has been abused beyond repair then we will have no option than to charge in full for the item. Any refund will be given in the form of a CREDIT NOTE unless agreed otherwise by the STORE MANAGER. Any goods ordered for you as a special order or special size which are tailor made or custom made to the customers specifications are exempt from any refund or exchange unless the goods arrived with the incorrect specifications. In this case the manufacturer will replace the goods to the required specification as originally requested. We offer a 12 month warranty on all goods we sell that they will be free from manufacturing defects unless 1) the defect arises from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse, abuse or cleansing incorrectly. If the goods have been altered or changed in any way or if the final balance has not been paid. We do not give a warranty to state that any of our goods are fit for a given purpose and our warranty given is in place of all warranties, terms, conditions, undertakings and obligations implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise all of which hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The buyer must inspect the goods immediately on receipt and notify the seller within 48hrs of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the contract. For all other defects the buyer must notify us as soon as the defect is noticed which must be within the 12 month warranty. The buyer is not entitled to withhold payment whilst we investigate the claim. If notification is not received all goods shall be deemed to have been accepted by the buyer in good condition in accordance with the contract. Where a claim of damage or defect is made and proven we will collect the faulty goods and offer a replacement or a refund for the goods. If the returned goods show damage due to the buyers fault then the buyer will be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing the item.
